U.S. Shipping

Order processing time

All orders are printed with much love, on demand in the USA. Processing time is usually 2 - 4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and / or National Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing and delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during Christmas season.

Shipping rates & estimates

Standard Shipping - $6.99 (Free for orders $50.00 and over). Estimated delivery time of 3 - 7 days after shipment.

Expedited Shipping

We aim to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. However, we do not currently offer Next Day or 2 Day shipping.

Delivery confirmation & order tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Cancelling or changing your order

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away! Unfortunately, we can't make changes to an order once it's placed.

Customs, duties and taxes

Kindred Twelve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

We currently do not deliver outside the U.S. However, we are working with our shipping partners to introduce this option soon.
